The Superior Living Group was formed by the merger of two established Austrian companies with high expertise in different areas: a construction company, focused on the process of optimization, implementation and completion of construction works, with a company specialized in execution, from the purchase of the land to the sale of individual residential units to final buyers as well as real estate investments. By merging the two companies, the Superior Living Group can now offer unique and comprehensive real estate expertise, as its four operating divisions cover all levels of the real estate value chain: investment, development, construction and utilization.

The Superior Living Group operates with its associated companies and subsidiaries on diverse projects in Vienna, Tyrol and Carinthia. In addition, the group is involved in several charity projects.

Superior Living GmbH acts as a strategic management holding company, coordinates the four business units, develops the overall strategy and formulates the global goals for the further development of the entire group of companies.
We are generalists:

The construction of a small housing complex with 6 semi-detached houses has begun near the center of Gallizien, Carinthia, a village in southern Austria’s Rosental. The houses are ideal for families with children as well as couples wanting a good amount of space. Private yards allow owners to relax in the fresh air and the high-quality finish and clever planning make the home something very special.
The wooden wall construction, triple glazing of the windows and floor heating create houses with a particularly pleasant living climate.

PROJECT MANAGER/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We at Superior Living stand for highest quality, sustainability, competence and responsibility and are looking for new employees who also live by these principles.

Currently, the following positions are available:
Project implementation with companies, authorities and management bodies involved in the project
Project management in the function of the building owner
Accompanying control as local construction supervision
Review and control of the schedule, financial and qualitative progress of construction projects
Handling, preparation of offers, and commissioning of special services with customers and involved companies
Providing telephone and written customer service and responding to inquiries
Transfer to the end users
Supervision of properties and customers during the three-year warranty period
Defect management, quality and invoice control
Supporting activities in the tendering phase (specifications, calculations)
Completed, relevant education (technical secondary school or technical studies at university)
Minimum two years’ professional experience in handling construction projects (construction management and/or project management with executing company/developer)
Perfect knowledge of Office, Microsoft Project, Auer and AutoCad
Team spirit, flexibility, independence and careful style of work
Willingness to work hard, sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team
Competent and friendly demeanor
